采(cai)用(yong)了雙電(dian)(dian)機自同(tong)步技術,通用(yong)型偏心(xin)塊、可調振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)幅(fu)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器。主要由篩(shai)(shai)箱、激振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器、支承(cheng)系(xi)統(tong)及電(dian)(dian)機組(zu)成。兩個互不聯系(xi)的振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器作同(tong)步反(fan)向(xiang)運(yun)(yun)轉,兩組(zu)偏心(xin)質(zhi)量產生的離(li)心(xin)力沿振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方向(xiang)的分力疊加,反(fan)向(xiang)離(li)心(xin)抵消,從(cong)(cong)而形成單(dan)一的沿振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方向(xiang)的激振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),使篩(shai)(shai)箱做作往復直(zhi)線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。從(cong)(cong)洗砂(sha)機或者壓濾(lv)(lv)機(等(deng)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv),濃(nong)縮設備)出來的含(han)水(shui)量較高物料直(zhi)接排放 到脫(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)篩(shai)(shai)后(hou)端(duan)(duan)。脫(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)篩(shai)(shai)不斷振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),物料中(zhong)的水(shui)分和極(ji)細(xi)粉塵會從(cong)(cong)底部(bu)的聚(ju)氨酯篩(shai)(shai)板濾(lv)(lv)出。推動(dong)(dong)(dong)已 脫(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)的物料到前端(duan)(duan)篩(shai)(shai)口(kou)排出。可根(gen)據實際需(xu)要調整振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)幅(fu)大小、角(jiao)度以及采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)層或者雙層篩(shai)(shai)板。
3、脫(tuo)水篩可以根據產量和含水量來定制,機身的側(ce)板(ban)有(you)加(jia)強板(ban),底部(bu)裝有(you)支撐(cheng),底部(bu)打(da)有(you)橫條(tiao),出料口加(jia)有(you)三角形鋼板(ban)支撐(cheng),板(ban)材厚。
